Try before you pay
Media Ads Library has a free plan so you can test search, saving and tracking before buying a subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Refunds
- First purchase of a monthly plan: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of payment
- First purchase of a yearly plan: request a refund within 14 days of payment
- Renewals are generally not refunded, cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded
- Accounts suspended for breaking the terms of service are not eligible for refunds
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay or PayPal. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
