The Regret He Feels

"Before he died, my husband Mark's best friend made one final request. He asked Mark to look after his wife, Emily, and his young son, Alan. That was why on our son's birthday, Mark transferred $1 to our son but sent $5000 to Emily's child. Our son didn't even accept the transfer. Mark exploded. ""Of course I'm giving Alan more money!" he screamed. "His father passed away!" As soon as these words left his mouth, Mark picked up his coat and left for the amusement park with Emily and Alan. I looked at my disappointed son, and stayed silent for a long time."Andy, let's give your dad three more chances,""I finally found my voice. "If after three chances, he still cares more about Emily and Alan, Mom will divorce him."""I'll find you a new dad.""

"""The day before my wedding, I found a marriage certificate in a drawer. It belonged to Blake Harrington and his friend, Sloane. I immediately took a picture and sent it to him. ""Explain."" I thought it was just a prank. Instead, a long voice message came back instantly. It was Sloane's voice. ""Audrey, so sorry about this! We went a little crazy in Vegas yesterday.
