Most people in the gym aren’t training hard… they’re just training a lot. I’m a bodybuilding coach and sponsored athlete, and here’s the truth elite athletes live by: They don’t chase workouts. They chase repeatable progression. Not random exercises. Not ego lifts. Not daily destruction. Every session has a target. Every set has a purpose. And everything is built to be repeated, improved, and recovered from. Because here’s the controversial part: More intensity isn’t the problem — more chaos is. If your training isn’t structured, you’re not plateauing because you’re lazy… you’re plateauing because you’re guessing. Stop guessing. Start progressing.
