Little ways I support myself in this season! For my skin, I apply the vitamin C directly to my face at night and sleep in it, it’s become part of my routine and my skin always feels so hydrated by morning. For hair, I use it as a pre-wash mask, just apply through the lengths before washing and leave on for a minimum of 5minutes with no maximum. Sometimes I switch to the multi too for the hair mask, as it contains zinc and biotin, but the vitamin C works beautifully- both work great.
