Like many viewers (9/10): After watching the first 9 episodes, I questioned my existence; after watching the 10th episode, I immediately rewatched it.
Luna Violet wants to divorce her unfaithful partner, Alpha Kylan, but their marriage is tied to the political stability of the empire. Alpha King Nicholas denies Violet when she asks him for his blessing to leave Kylan. After King Nicholas turns Violet away, he is struck by a surprising revelation: He and Violet are fated mates. Violet has no idea—she has no wolf, and therefore cannot feel her fated bond to the Alpha King. Nicholas is poisoned by wolfsbane, and needs Violet to secretly come to his palace every full moon to bleed & replenish him. The two are irresistibly drawn to each other, yet forced to resist, for the sake of her marriage... and the entire empire.
