As a dermatologist I treated over a 1000 teenagers with acne. Last week was my last day at work. Retirement. I'm going to share what I wasn't allowed to say for the last 28 years. Acne during puberty always has a cause. And most treatments don't actually treat that cause. Although, I prescribed them anyway. What else is a doctor supposed to do? The NHS pays for it, parents hope for the results and you do what you were trained to do. I've seen mothers come back months after treatment. Their child still had inflamed spots and felt terrible about it. Didn't even want to go to school sometimes. And I just wrote them another prescription. I knew all of this and kept going anyway. Because that was my job. Until my own daughter Emma sat crying in the kitchen at 14. I could see it on her face before she said a word. Inflamed acne with redness everywhere. She also said she didn’t want to go to school because of it. That destroyed me. Not because I wasn't a doctor. But because as a doctor I knew exactly what I would prescribe her and what it would do to her. Let me tell you what I know, and what I stayed silent about for years. During puberty something happens in the child's skin. Hormone levels rise, the oil glands become much more active and produce more oil than the skin can handle. This oil mixes with dead skin cells and clogs the pores. Then comes the real problem, a bacterium called Cutibacterium acnes lives on our skin. And it loves this trapped oil. It starts growing faster. That bacterium is what causes acne. The immune system fights back, and that creates the redness, swelling and inflammation. That is the actual cause. Now comes the part I don't enjoy telling you. Most of the creams, gels and pills I prescribed are too harsh. They do kill the bacteria, yes, but in doing so they also destroy the skin's natural protective barrier. And all the good bacteria that is supposed to keep the skin healthy. And here is the problem. Teenage skin is not like adult skin. It's still developing. It's much more sensitive. When you ‘attack’ this young skin with harsh chemicals, it becomes even more sensitive. So the skin barrier gets damaged and the immune system becomes more reactive. The inflammation comes back, only worse each time. Because the skin is now even more vulnerable than before. I saw this with my own eyes. Children sitting back in my room after 3 months of treatment, with skin looking worse than when they started. This is not a coincidence. We just would never say it out loud, because it would make patients question their doctors. And that is exactly what I didn't want for Emma. So I did the only thing I could do as a mother. I started looking for an actual solution. What can really heal my daughter's skin? Not short term but properly. What targets the bacteria without destroying her skin? I came across something I overlooked for years. Calendula based products are not some exotic miracle. Not expensive technology. Calendula is a plant-based ingredient that does something no harsh gel can do. It specifically kills the bacteria that cause acne, without damaging the skin. It doesn't destroy the protective barrier. It doesn't kill the good bacteria. It only targets what is causing the problem. And at the same time this plant has an anti-inflammatory effect. It calms the immune system so redness and swelling are reduced. The skin can finally recover. And because the skin barrier stays healthy, the inflammation doesn't come back. Emma tried the balm made with a high concentration of calendula. Already in the first week I noticed a difference. The redness was visibly reduced. And for the first time in months no new pimples appeared. Not just fewer, actually none. In the 2nd week the change was clear. The inflammation that used to dominate her whole face now became much calmer. Her skin looked overall better, more settled. Emma stood in front of the mirror in the morning and I watched her enjoying it. In the 3rd week she came into the kitchen in the morning without me checking her skin first. I just smiled at her and she smiled back. After a month, she asked me if she could go out with her friend. For the first time in months. And at some point she realised that it's getting better. When she said that, it summed up everything I’ve been doing wrong for so long. And I was glad, because as a doctor I know that was only the beginning of the healing. If your child also has acne and you watch them stop socialising. If you've already tried pharmacy stuff, and the GP or even a dermatologist just keeps writing you another prescription without really listening. If you're scared of Roaccutane, but also know that things can't carry on the same way. Then read what I found. Harsh chemicals will never improve your child's skin. And I'm now officially allowed to say that. https://enduorin.com/pages/10-reasons

This is the absolute nightmare for anyone with acne!

I recently found a shocking reason why most acne products fail on teens. My son never really had major problems with acne, and even when the "big one" appeared on his face it didn't really bother him. Recently though his acne has gotten so much worse, really visible and deep spots, one right next to the other. And he still refuses to let me help him. He just doesn't do anything about it and keeps constantly touching his face. I think it's because we went to the GP and he was prescribed different gels and creams that really burned and dried out his skin. The other day he called them "crap" and just stopped using them completely. They helped a bit at times, but the side effects were awful. And then the acne just came back again. I didn't want to keep nudging and annoying him, but I also didn't want the acne to just stay like this. I was especially scared he'd get bullied at school and it would destroy his confidence. I'd also read that if acne is not treated early, the scars left can be permanent. Eventually I just didn't know what to do. Then I spoke to a friend who told me about a dermatologist specialising in natural treatments. She explained why all those creams often don't work for teenagers, or even make things worse. And honestly, it completely changed how I understood acne. She explained that during puberty, teenagers experience a huge spike in hormones. These hormones make the oil glands in the skin grow and become much more active. Normally, this oil would simply flow out through the pores. But because teenagers produce so much of it, the oil mixes with dead skin cells and clogs the pores. This oil then gets trapped in the pore and forms blackheads. But the real problem is that there's a bacterium on our skin called Cutibacterium acnes that feeds on this oil. When the pores are this full, this bacterium grows much faster. And that's exactly what causes these inflamed spots. When it gets worse, the immune system tries to fight off the bacteria, and that leads to the deeper acne, exactly like with my son. That was the first time I truly understood what was happening in my son's skin. But then came the part that really shocked me. My friend told me that most of these treatments are too “aggressive”. They attack the whole skin. They kill the bacteria, yes, but in doing so they also destroy the skin's natural protective barrier and all the good bacteria that keep the skin healthy. The problem is teenage skin is still developing. It's far more sensitive than adult skin. When you attack this young skin with such harsh chemicals, it becomes only even more sensitive. The skin barrier gets damaged. The skin starts reacting more. And what happens then? The inflammation keeps coming back, only worse each time, because the skin is now even more vulnerable. That's why nothing ever helped my son long term. The creams might have killed the bacteria short term, but at the same time they damaged his skin so much that the problem kept flaring back up. And the irritations? That was his skin desperately trying to protect itself while being attacked at the same time. No wonder my son gave up and now refuses any help at all. I sat there thinking, that's exactly what happened with us. I asked if there was a solution at all then. My friend said that the dermatologist recommended Enduorin, the treatment works completely differently. She explained that Enduorin contains an ingredient called calendula that does something unique: it specifically kills the bacteria that cause acne, without damaging the skin. It doesn't destroy the protective barrier. It only kills the bad bacteria that are actually causing the problem. At the same time it has an anti-inflammatory effect. That means it calms the immune system's response, reduces the redness and swelling, and finally lets those deeper spots heal. The skin isn't attacked so it can recover. And because the skin barrier stays healthy, the inflammation doesn't come back. And the best part? It doesn't irritate the skin. It doesn't dry it out, it just feels good. I was fascinated. It made so much sense. I asked my friend if it worked for her daughter. She said that after 2 weeks the skin was much much calmer. No new inflammation or breakouts. And most importantly, her daughter actually likes using it because it doesn't burn and it's so easy to apply. That evening I started researching it properly. Products from Enduorin were 100% plant-based, the main ingredients are calendula, thistle oil, sea buckthorn. I started reading the reviews, and so many people had written that they'd also been to the doctors before. That the prescribed creams either didn’t help, or had really bad side-effects. Pretty much like with us. The next day I told my son about it. I could see he had no energy left for it. I told him this was different. That it's natural, no chemicals, not supposed to burn, and really simple to use. He hesitated and asked if I thought it would help. I told him about the conversation I had with a friend. And also that they had a guarantee. If it doesn't work, we send it back. And if he doesn’t like it, he can just stop. No stress. He thought about it and agreed. 3 days later the package arrived. I opened it, and the first thing I noticed was the smell. Pleasant and herbal. Unlike all other products that smelled like a hospital. My son tried it that same evening. I asked if it burned. He said no, not really at all. He applied it, and we waited. He said it felt good, smelled good too, and was really easy. The next morning I looked at his face. The pimples were still there, of course, but his skin already looked calmer. Not as irritated. He said he'd keep going with it. And he actually did. Every day. Twice a day. Morning and evening. Without me having to even remind him. And then, after 3 days, I noticed something. The redness had reduced quite a lot. The deeper acne on his chin started healing. I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure if I was just imagining it. But my son noticed too. He said he thought it was getting better. I nearly cried. After 2 weeks the big, inflamed spots were gone. The redness had practically disappeared. His skin looked fresh, clear, calm. But the best part was, it stayed that way. Normally, a cream would help at first, but the spots would then come back after a few weeks. But not with this. After a month his skin was still good. After 2 months even better. And now, nearly 3 months later, he barely has any problems. The occasional small spot here and there, but nothing inflamed or really visible. And thank god, no permanent scars left. The best part is that he loves it. He uses it twice a day now, completely on his own. He even takes it with him to school because he wants to use it there too. No more eye rolling when I bring up the routine. He just does it. I know this might sound strange, but as a mum that means everything to me. Seeing my child get his confidence back, seeing him be himself again, that's priceless. My son has been using it for nearly 3 months now, and his skin is the best it's been in years. I hope Enduorin can also help your child the way it helped my son. https://enduorin.com/pages/10-reasons

Stop destroying your child's skin.

99% of acne products fail. This is why Enduorin is different. Most acne creams, gels and even prescription treatments never actually reach where they need to go. They sit on the surface of the skin, drying it out and irritating it, without ever fixing the real cause. In order to actually heal acne, you need to understand the 3 penetration pathways of the skin. This is exactly where modern skincare fails. And exactly where plant-based ingredients come in. The Enduorin Redness & Acne Balm is formulated 100% naturally to target the causes of acne through ALL 3 penetration pathways. 1️⃣ The intercellular pathway — between the skin cells Your skin cells are like bricks, and the fats (lipids) between them are the mortar. Most chemical acne treatments destroy exactly this mortar. That's why skin feels dry, tight and irritated afterwards. The Balm does the opposite: oils like sea buckthorn, rosehip, thistle and borage sit between the cells and rebuild the skin's natural lipid barrier. This strengthens the skin instead of weakening it. 2️⃣ The intracellular pathway — through the skin cells Certain molecules can penetrate directly into skin cells and calm them from within. This is exactly what plant extracts like calendula and natural vitamin E do. They don't just sit on the skin, they "communicate" with your cells. They signal them to stop the inflammation. To calm down. To rebuild healthy tissue. That's why redness heals and the skin recovers properly. 3️⃣ The transappendageal pathway — through the hair follicles This is the key pathway. Acne forms deep within the oil glands and hair follicles, far below the surface of the skin. Most pharmacy products NEVER reach there. Calendula, thistle oil and borage oil, however, travel naturally down these very follicles. They fight the bacteria, regulate oil production, and work directly at the source of the inflammation. This is why the Redness & Acne Balm works where chemical products fail. Instead of bombarding the skin with benzoyl peroxide or shutting down the oil glands with Roaccutane, Enduorin works differently: Strengthens the skin barrier, instead of destroying it. Delivers active ingredients through every pathway the skin actually uses. Heals and regenerates, instead of drying out and damaging. This is acne treatment at the root. And once you understand this, you'll never look at pharmacy products the same way again. Have you ever wondered why nothing has really worked so far? Most likely, because no one ever told you about these 3 penetration pathways. Now you know. And now real healing can begin. Acne isn't a surface problem. It sits much deeper. And as long as your skincare doesn't work with your skin's biology, it will keep failing, again and again. Try real, deep-acting acne treatment now (or get your money back within 60 days). https://enduorin.com/pages/10-reasons
